Refund Policy

At Starport Property Pros, we strive to provide high-quality gutter cleaning, lawn care, leaf removal, and exterior home services to every customer. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want our policies to be clear, fair, and easy to understand.

1. Services Eligible for Refund

Because we provide labor-based services performed at the customer’s property, refunds are assessed based on service completion and satisfaction. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was not performed as described.

  • The quality of the completed work falls below reasonable professional standards.

  • A scheduling or billing error occurred on our part.

If eligible, refunds may be full or partial, depending on the portion of work completed.

2. Services Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Completed services that meet the agreed-upon scope of work.

  • Dissatisfaction based on preference rather than workmanship (e.g., “I expected a different aesthetic result”).

  • Situations where access to the property was limited or unsafe, preventing full completion.

  • Third-party issues outside our control, such as weather delays.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Service

Before issuing refunds, we always offer to fix or re-perform the service at no additional cost when reasonable and feasible.
This may include:

  • Touch-up work

  • Additional cleanup

  • Re-inspection after service

Our goal is to make it right first.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 24+ hours before appointment: No fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment: A $25 late-cancellation fee may apply.

  • No-show / no access at time of service: A $35 trip charge may apply.

5. Deposits for Bundles or Large Projects

For premium bundles, large yard cleanup jobs, or special projects requiring reserved labor:

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to a future appointment.

  • If we cannot complete the service due to our own scheduling or staffing issue, you will receive a full refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or re-service, please contact us within 72 hours of service completion:

  • Service address

  • Date of service

  • Description of the issue

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using the same payment method used at booking.
