Welcome to Starport Property Pros. By accessing or booking services through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.
1. General Information
Starport Property Pros (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides gutter cleaning, lawn care, leaf removal, landscaping, and exterior home services across North Dallas. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your agreement when booking any service with us.
By using this website or scheduling service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Service Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our services. However, actual results may vary depending on property conditions, weather, accessibility, and other factors.
We reserve the right to update or modify service details, pricing, and availability at any time.
3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are subject to change.

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise stated.

For recurring lawn services, the customer authorizes automatic billing unless canceled.

Large jobs or premium bundles may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

We may charge additional fees if the scope of work significantly exceeds the original estimate (e.g., excessive debris, overgrown vegetation).
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful service completion, the customer must:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

Restrain pets during service.
-
Ensure gates, fences, and entry areas are unlocked.

Inform us of any hazards (loose shingles, unstable ladders, damaged gutters, uneven terrain, etc.).
If we arrive and cannot perform the service due to lack of access or unsafe conditions, a $35 trip fee may apply.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations 24+ hours before appointment: No charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours: Subject to a $25 fee.

No-show / No access at time of service: $35 trip charge.
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or unsafe conditions.
6. Refunds & Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, contact us within 72 hours.

In general:

We offer free re-service whenever possible before issuing refunds.

Refunds or partial refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

Completed services that match the agreed scope are typically non-refundable.
7. Liability & Damage
We take care when working on each property. However, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to gutters, roofing, landscaping, or structures

Issues caused by structural defects or neglected maintenance

Damage resulting from unsafe property conditions
If accidental damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue fairly.
8. Weather Policy
Gutter and yard services are affected by weather. We may delay, reschedule, or modify the service if conditions are unsafe (rain, wind, lightning, or icy surfaces).
We are not responsible for delays due to severe weather or natural events.
9. Recurring Service Agreements
By signing up for monthly or bi-weekly lawn care, the customer agrees that:

Billing renews automatically until canceled

Prices may adjust seasonally with notice

Service continues unless paused or canceled by the customer

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service
10. Use of Website
You agree not to:

Misuse the website

Post false information

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

Copy or republish content without permission
All content—including text, logos, and images—is the property of Starport Property Pros.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our booking form or website will be used only to schedule and deliver services. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving:
